Using LUTs in Photoshop

Open an Image

Go to File > Open and open the image that you would like to use the LUT on.

Add a Color Lookup Adjustment

You can add an adjustment layer from the Layers panel (Window > Layers).

1. Click on the “New Adjustment Layer” icon near the bottom
2. Select “Color Lookup“.

You should now have a new “Color Lookup” adjustment layer.

Load a LUT

Load a LUT from the the Properties panel (Window > Properties).

1. Click on the “3DLUT File” dropdown.
2. Select “Load 3D LUT“.

Browse for the “*.cube” file then click Load.

Adjust the Opacity

If you want to lower the strength of the LUT, simply lower the opacity from the Layers panel.
